What do you have in mind?

there is no SEO set up. Your websites don't have key words. There is a description on one of them. Without these these your site will not come up on any searches. Your websites look great. They really are professional, but without SEO you are dead in the water so to speak. You need the power of meta tags so that the search engines see you.

Also, I would, set up as much social media on this as I could. Get yourself a facebook page, a twitter account, etc. Get out there and be seen in the largest network of mom's that there is. If I had kids, I'd buy one for each kid. Give away a couple on facebook to encourage others to recommend the page to their friends. Link your facebook and twitter to your website. Get the buzz going through friends etc. Be proactive in pursuing customers. Spend an allotted time every day to updating facebook and twitter. Get people who own them to write a testimony. Give them something in return.

Remember "The Fortune is in the Follow Up". So if your shop has a way to track dropped orders (incomplete orders) then do your best to follow up. Make them enter an email before they start their order.

Use newsletters, and write articles that strike at the heart of parents. Use real life examples of where this could have saved the parent a lot of anxiety if they had it. Offer newsletter sign up both on your facebook account and on the two websites. This is important stuff. Also, I would go to your local hospital maternity ward and give coupons for new mother packages. A lot of hospitals have things like this for new mommies. Pediatrician offices are a good place to go as well. Ask if you can put up a poster. Have a drawing. Get people to sign up for a free Wristband with all the colored bands. Make sure that they fill out the slip entirely.

Just a few suggestions. Having a website is great, but if it doesn't come up in the searches then it isn't doing you any good. Promoting it yourself is key. This is your business, and only you can make it happen. Its a great idea.

No problem. These things are very important and you might even consider subscribing to the Shopify newsletter. There are a whole bunch of great business growing suggestions through Shopify. They can even suggest ways to promote your site through facebook. Its totally worth it to get their emails.

HI Project manager, yes everyone is right there is no SEO on the website, and the other one you put forward as an example is using Optimizely for their search engine optimisation, expensive but worth it, if you get the sales you want. Overall you websites could do with a bit of work, and wordpress is still a great option, as it gives you backend admin, and ability to edit the website yourself later on.

This is for design layout only. However, if you can provide a complete site with the back end functionality I will appreciate it, but this is not required.
