Web Design Brief

We need a web presence created for Champlain Saint-Lambert's Learning Center -- specifically to inform students about its services. Champlain Saint-Lambert is an English Cégep (known as a college outside of Québec) which offers both 2-year pre-university and 3-year career programs. Our students are typically aged 18 to 21. The Learning Center offers services free to students to support them academically. The web presence needs to resonate with students, be easy to navigate and to maintain. In terms of look, we want it to look crisp, clean, and academic but not too serious bordering on fun. We favour designs that have some whimsy and look playful. At the same time, we wish a logo to be designed for the Learning Center that we can use to build brand recognition and awareness with our students who are our clients.

The web presence should be such that it can be viewed in a standard browser (Safari on a Mac, Google Chrome on a Chromebook or PC) and on a tablet or iPhone -- the majority of our students use iOS devices versus any other platform. The sections we are looking at currently are:
