Logo Design Brief

I need a logo / look and feel / brand refresh. I figure it starts with the logo and colour palette. But i would also like a cover page for reports and proposals and possibly a business card (do people still use them?).
My current bus card says Power Projects culture alignment.leadership development

Currently use red and grey but not attached to that. Actually find it difficult to work with in power points etc. Like green

• Need to be able to update the stationery ie. proposal cover pages or powerpoint master slide myself. Also need to be able to update the website myself. Currently use wordpress

Nice to have

• Current business card is featured on the website - smaller size with round edges.
• Have selected green but really happy for designer to choose colours and font
