Logo Design Brief
We are seeking a logo designed for an exciting new app called Squaddle that offers a peer to peer platform for workers and businesses to connect for short-term jobs on-demand.
The logo must appeal to both workers and businesses that will use the platform.
We have decided to incorporate a penguin in our branding. The penguin will be used as the app icon. The full logo will incorporate the name and the penguin.

We really like some of the designs that have been submitted, but would like to give everyone a little more time to read the brief detail and look at some of the logo styles that appeal to us. Requirements
Must have
- Must incorporate a penguin icon or design element
- The ability to use the penguin for the icon tile of the app as well as within the logo design.
Nice to have
- We would like the penguin to invoke the feeling of an icon or logo. So we don't want it to look too cartoonish. It needs to work both on an app tile and look good off it too.
- We prefer title case for our logo wording, and it must be quick and easy to read.
Should not have
- Whilst the penguin can be playful we don't want it to look too much like a 'game' icon. It needs to appeal to both businesses and contractors/workers. IT should also be able to easily be recoloured if it needs to be (based on different backgrounds) in the future.
