Flyer Design Brief

We recently patent a new floating offshore lifeguard tower which has an attached high altitude blimp balloon. The blimp has camera attached high above the water which allow the lifeguard to see any sharks or people have gone under the water. I need a one page colour A4 size PDF brochure that I can email to potential clients. Its important that the headline and text are easy to read
