Web Design Brief

- Please see our description here:
http://imunchie.com/jacob/blog/imunchie-player-v1

- iMunchie Player needs to "look & feel" like a HTML 5 Web application.

- All of the additional pages and iMunchie elements that the user goes to, need to fit within the player interface. So for example, when the user clicks on the profile it will pull it into the player as apposed to opening a new page.

- For further instructions, please send me a private message to http://imunchie.com/jacob and we will send you our site work flow chart interface examples.

I just added 2 mockups that I want you guys to look at carefully and understand what we are trying to do:

the idea is that everything is controlled from the new menu button (the nice purple one).
it will throw an overlay with all our navigational choices.
and those icons will be displayed.
with this approach, we can get to everywhere in our site with no more then 2 clicks.
right from the munchie player.
if the users profile pic is clicked, we pull in the profile in an overlay as well.
we almost never leave the player.

can we do it or what?

Requirements
Must have
  • We are staying on the same page as user selects options from the menu. Must have an application feel.

Try logging in to our current site and look around, to see partial example of what we are talking about. (www.imunchie.com)

The site should feature a friendly chef, a character that offers pop-up tips on how to use features of the site.

In the top right corner of the site we need a common menu that takes user to a dashboard popup from which she can do most common activities on the site (create, share, search, suggest, compete, my profile)
