Logo Design Brief

For my dad´s birthday i want to give him a t-shirt with our family crest.
of course we do not have a family crest - so we want to invent a fun, ridiculous and stupid family crest we can laugh at.

I would love it to look it really crazy and fun
- but at first sight it has to look like it is an actual family crest with an air of elegance and history

I would love it to look like the canadian crest I have attached tot he brief - but instead of the beaver, i would love a monkey - with a cooking pot on his head and a cooking spoon in his hand.

Here are some ramdom details about our family
- the family name is Fiedler
- we are from austria
- we have a catering business, so cooking puts, or cooking spoons would be a nice addition
- we play volleyball and sometimes gold together
- my brother and I are basically monkeys who love bananas
- we jokingly call our dad "jefe or big boss" and make fun of his beer belly
- my mom likes to drink aperol
- i play tennis, my brother football

Design:
I have attached a few photos - i want it to have this crazy look like the canada crest, sometimes outrageous and funny to laugh at.

the cartoon i included kind of shows what impression you should get - this family is crazy and weird..and following generations should think we were pretty lame

Target Market(s)

i would love it to look royal and elegant - which would of course make look funnier if you take a close look at the details and it turns out the crest is just celebrating/making fun of my family

• maybe an overweight cartoon character with crown and beer belly
• look to the canadian logo as inspiration - this funny beaver is the crazy look I like
• maybe a money with a cooking pot on his head and a cooking spoon in his hand

Nice to have

• - a nice banner with elegant font with our family name "Fiedler"
• - it has to look like an elegant and historica coat of arms at first sight
• - and in the details of the coat of arms you see of the oddities and details of our family story.
• - flat modern design
