Web Design Brief

We are looking for two pages of or ecommerce website to be redesigned.



The current website was changed around 4 months ago and we saw a reasonable increase in sales but not to the level that we were hoping for.



The top websites in our industry have websites that look considerable simpler and cleaner than ours.



The problem we have is that we need to get across lots of information and obviously space is limited. We are open to any suggestions you may have from previous ecommerce projects you may have worked on.

Please bare in mind that the top, bottom and out side of the site is fixed on most pages.



We are also looking for the product page to be redesigned. This is the most important of the two.

The logo (top right) does not need changing and the rest of the site should follow the same colour theme.

Target Market(s)

Our target audience includes home owners, DIY enthusiasts, trades people, builders, property developers and contractors. The new page designs should cater for both domestic users being simple to use, image driven and contain less information, but also allow trades people to query more detailed information such as product specifications and technical details.
