Graphic Design Brief

I am looking for a beautiful, colorful, sleek and neat Class Photo cover.
1.This cover will be A4 (a little bigger) in size, and in folder format.
It is to be the cover design for a folder that will hold a class photograph for presentation purposes.

The cover/photographs are for a school with children between 3-21 years.
It has 3 sections
Primary School- 3- 13 yrs
Lower Secondary School-14-17 yrs
Higher Secondary School(Pre -University)-18-21 yrs

The idea is that, the cover should be able to show the spectrum of children at the school using single full length photographs of children.

Photos and logo are available

I had a beautiful class photo cover designed last year and want to have one made this year even more outstanding and classy.

An example of what was achieved last year is attached.This is strictly for idea purposes

2.Design/Layout of actual Class Photograph:
The class Photograph will have group photo, names, and a single full length photo of the child.
What I need is a beautiful and delightful layout design that we shall use for all photos we have,This will be possible when well designed and planned.
An example of what was achieved last year is attached,labelled, "Sample Class Photo"

This job will be easy and fun for someone who loves and knows what they are doing.
Only interested and energized freelancers required.

An example of what was achieved for both the cover and class photo design last year is attached.This is strictly for idea purposes.

Must have

• 1.All the photos and logo will be provided.
• 2.The folder will be 9.5 in by 13.5 inches . Add 0.12 inches for bleed
• 3.The photo template will be 8in by 12 inches

Nice to have

• Contemporary, Happy Feel, Wow Factor , Positivity

Should not have

• Complex and overwhelming design.
• The design MUST complement the cover/ Class photographs NOT the other way around.
