Logo Design Brief

I need a company logo for my upcoming company.
Looking for a new modern minimalist yet sharp text based design. Something modern yet hopefully will not age quickly.

Also the "limited" is not required. If its easier to design a more balanced simple logo with out it then feel free to exclude it.

My plumbing company is going to be focussing on large commercial projects and working in more higher end architectural houses so targeting such clients. Not the mum and dad who need a toilet unblocked.
No clip art of wrenches or pipes please.

Colour wise was originally thinking greyscale but am now learning towards some colour. Am very much open to ideas but think an orange or green and grey logo could really work. Not interested in reds or blues as these are very common colours in plumbing industry.
