Logo Design Brief

artsy & modern logo for an upscale Brazilian coffee shop that offers shared work-space in Brazil & internet to upscale lawyer trade. The superior and civil courts are next door. Should still appeal to passing trade. The logo needs to be meaningful on business premises and on a free, give away napkin or pen.
It would be nice if it was easily separated into the cafe business and the work-space/internet business please.
