Book Cover Design Brief

I need an e-book cover design for a book called The After Love. A pocketguide for love (gone bad). It is non-fiction. It has an apple theme throughout so I would like to see designs that use a red apple (perhaps even a bite out of it), simple text and simple background. Despite the theme, the final design should still be positive.
