Logo Design Brief

New company (Foresight52) launching a new application//SaaS. The purpose of the app is to give small/medium business owners the ability and support to have "foresight" all "52" weeks of the year in regards to required filings, taxes, insurance, licensing, issues, quarterly and annual documentation filing, supported ways to share docs and assign tasks to their professionals (accountants, attorneys, etc.) and ensure they get done on time. If a business wants to expand into a new state or is growing into larger company or adding new services/products, the app will aid in guiding the owner to correct compliance, accounting practice, etc. If someone with no experience doing so wants to open a new company, FS52 will guide them step by step through the process for their state and guide them step by step into setting up their books, file structures, everything else needed to ensure their new company is ready to go to work.
An important way to consider the company, business, and logo is this: people start their businesses to follow their dream. When things go wrong: unexpected costs, fines, tax trouble, lawsuits, etc. the dream can become a nightmare... Foresight52 is intended to give business owners the confidence that they can deal with these issues, and that they have a great support option when they have trouble or questions, so that they can sleep well, and their business continues to be their dream!

Another way to look at the app is this: We want to help create an understanding between the "business" that people do to earn revenue, support customers, etc. and the "company" - the legal entity that must pay taxes, be licensed, etc. to ensure the owner and employees are compliant, ensured, etc. and everything with the "company" is in good shape, so that the owner can focus instead on the "business" - and take care of customers, earn revenue, etc.

We like anything can convey the sense of support, help, confidence, literal "foresight", the concept of covering an entire year/business cycle with a calendar, time movement, etc. company success, company owner happiness, etc.

Burgundy, rust, etc. are fine, but our preference is no bright, fire engine red if possible.

Small to Medium professional business owners (i.e. not so much franchises, fast food, restaurants, etc. although the app can certainly help them, they are not the initial target market)
