1. The cover of the brochure should create excitement to open the folder. Do not create a trifold. We are a very high end office space not a medical office. The size of the paper, does not have to be standard. Think card stock, matt or Glossy or Both
2. On Opening the Brochure - The First Page is to educate my client with a art, color and words
3. Page 2,3,4 and 5Is about Inspiration and explanation: I am thinking that they should be cards of detail:
1. Orange: Vision - Consider a theme of Innovation, High Performance, Fun, Value from action, resources, impulse
2. Gold: Details: Orange: Vision - Consider a theme of Authority and Leadership. The duty to Shine, the leader being the backbone of the group. Practial, values of home, status, security, and traditions
3. Blue: Encourage and support, A peacemaker, Think about themes of caring, counseling, nurturing, Idealistic and sympathetic. This is about contribution
4. Green: The Independent thinker, seeking knowledge, intelligence, justice and insight. About the details
The message on these cards should be similar but at various levels of detail
The 5th Card is about Floor Plans - You are not responsible for it this card. Just the Look of how the card should look like
The 6th Card is about pricing

Requirements
Must have
- - Pictures
- - Details
- - Inspiration
- - FLoor plans
- - Questions and Value
- - Minimal
- Why would they want to buy your product?
- What's the most important thing it can do for them?
- What is the most important problem your product or service can solve for them?
- To be effective, your brochure needs to get attention, get the prospect interested enough to read further, raise their desire for the product or service, and get them to take a specific action such as buy now, call and make an appointment, return a post card.
Nice to have
- I am open to design - be inspirational
- Should be clear
- They are interested in themselves and/or their own businesses. To get their attention, your brochure needs to focus on the benefits they will enjoy by making a purchase from you.
Should not have
- Cannot be too Salesy
- No Stock pictures
- Don't put a picture of your building on the cover of the brochure
- The only thing they care about is whether or not your products meet their needs.
