Logo Design Brief

Logo Requirements
===============
The name of the company is Marshall Leadership Consulting. I would like all three words in the logo. I would prefer NOT to be known as MLC. If there is a word or words to be emphasized, it should be "Marshall" or "Marshall Leadership".

Here is the current draft of my website http://adsli.com/demo/marshall/. The logo should fit with the color and feel of the site.

Words to describe the logo
====================
Dignified, trustworthy, solid, educated, expensive, understated, somewhat formal.
"You can know that you may pay extra with this company, but they will deliver."
(In brief, I want to look credible to CEOs, heads of HR, and senior civil servants.)

Likes for the logo
=============
1. If two lines are going to be used, e.g., "Marshall" on top line and "Leadership Consulting" below, I would like the width of each line to be the same. That may mean using extra spacing between the lettering of one of the lines.

2. I like the letters to be capitalized or in small caps. The lettering for Tiffany & Co. is the kind of thing I'm going for.

3. (Optional) It would be nice to have something distinctive. E.g., the extra spacing between the letters (mentioned above), or something to make this otherwise conservative logo memorable or stand out.

What the company does
===================
The company I'm starting will provide executive coaching, leadership training, and group facilitation to senior management of different organizations. Coaching clients range from young, hip executives to 2 star generals. Most are in their 30's and 40's. I want them to feel that they can trust me, that I am educated, and although I am expensive, it's for a good reason.

My Unique Selling Point
=================
The thing that makes me different from others in my field is that I am a psychologist and so I encourage a personal transformation - a deeper process - than my colleagues. Spirituality, creativity, personal exploration of the past are all part of our work.
