Poster Design Brief
Looking for a really cool band poster. The bands name is Stevie J and The Fat Yaks and features piano, drums and bass guitar. It is based around the piano player (Stevie J).
It needs to look like a classic old blues poster that's been around for a hundred years.
We play old blues standards from artists like; Ray Charles, Little Walter, Eric Clapton, Muddy Waters, T-Bone Walker, Louis Armstrong, Van Morrison etc.
Not sure about design/ colour. It could be bright and colourful, but basic, easy and quick to get the message or it might an old sepia tone to it.

Please see the attached image of the black hat with feather. The lead singer wears this hat and it might be a good idea to include it (or a likeness/ sketch) of it in the design. A simple design will win over a busy one. Thanks.

Nice to have
- Main theme is piano blues. It might have some piano keys in it (but not a grand piano), it might have a hint of a bass guitar and some drums. Not mandatory though. Also see attached shot of band live in action. You might make this the feature image (but if you do, you would not bother with the other stand alone instruments as it would get too busy).
Should not have
- NOTE: We are all caucasian (white) males (over 40) so no images of black blues artists as it might create a false expectation.
