Hey, so the idea behind the company is that you will get rewarded for being a good consumer. Part of the reward comes from your behavior in a restaurant. "Chivalry" is a word commonly used to mean acting in a Knightly manner, or basically having good manners and being nice! So that is what Chivalri is derived from
