Aust Legal is a boutique business law firm specialized in mergers and acquisitions and executive employment law in Quebec. Our firm is independent. We are versed in sophisticated legal transactions and are formed entirely of a team (lawyers, law clerks and admin staff) who have spent time and learned our trade in several of the biggest law firms in the country.

Our small group of lawyers are dedicated to providing the legal advice and expertise at the highest levels. We pride ourselves in offering a sophistication not often available in Canada outside of the seven sister firms. With offices in Montreal and Toronto, our firm is unique.

The firm's vision is simple: To provide savvy legal advice to our clients to help them fulfill their business goals.

We are trusted by some of the highest net worth individuals as well as some of most prominent privately held companies in the country. We are also proud to count as clients some of the most innovative start-ups and newer Quebec-based companies.
