hi do you own the copy rights to that images or do we need to modify it ?

I dont''t own the rights to that image.  I''ve been trying to locate the eps formate but can not find it.  Only JPEG format.

ok i will have to with draw my designs and ammend the silhouette, are you aware you cant just use an image you found on the internet ?

You need to change your breif to make designers are aware you want something "simlar " not the same or you will be in breach of copy right and the designer, aswell as us wasting our time

also you do not need to find the esp, which you wont have anyway if you dont own it..
any decent designer will be able to recreate it in less than 3 mins, you just NEED to say in your brief that you DO NOT own the rights and you want something SIMLAR but not the same image, or you will get us in trouble and your logo will be worthless

I believe your brief already says that you do not own the image, but that you would like something similar. I chose the abstract route because even something similar can be construed as copyright infringement. Best solution is to have everyone draw their own designs.....

It does now..lol..it didn''t originally as I am new to all this and have never created a logo before.   but you are right, the best solution is for everyone to submit their own design.
