Graphic Design Brief

We are a manufacturer of cleaning chemicals for institutional use (restaurants, hotels, schools, nursing homes, etc.) we produce 200+ products which are used by these facilities around the USA. Attached is an example of a current product label.

We are redesigning the center panel of this label only (not the side panels). Specifically, we are looking for a new design for the graphic elements of the center panel - the colored areas that are behind and around the text. We do not need assistance with designing text elements, which we can insert ourselves later on. Please note that you will need to leave room within your design for the text elements you see on the current center panel - product name, description, etc. You will also need to leave room for a photograph like you see on the current center panel.

We seek a design that is clean, attractive and professional looking. The design should not be overly complicated or fussy. We like curves and encourage their use, but don't go overboard with these. We color code our labels to match the color of our products, so we will need to be able to change the colors in this new design as needed for different products. For this reason, the design should be kept at 3 colors or less. You can choose any combination of colors for your initial design that you like. Black may be a good choice as an accent or stroke color that would remian common to all labels.
