Logo Design Brief

This logo design is for a Volkswagen Club in Virginia. Name: "VW Cruisers". I have a general idea of what I want. It will be in a BADGE format. It would be shaped like a VW Volksburg Hood crest. COG wheel around this crest. Bat Wheel steering wheel at top of crest. Can send images to designer to help draw it up. Must be vector image, that can be adapted to web site, show flyer, etc. I would like the word 'Virginia' on the badge as well. I would like to be able to talk to designer before project begins.
