Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a real estate development company called PK Development Group. We are a small family owned firm that develops and builds affordable and market rate housing as well as mixed use buildings, in both urban and rural areas. Our goal is to provide people with better places to live without increasing monthly cost of living. We are affiliated with PK Housing and Management and PK Construction (logos included), the logo should show reference to the other companies but does not need to tie exactly.

Target Market(s)

Wide ranging unfortunately. We work in urban and rural areas, we preserve historic buildings and build new, we build for working class and top of the market. We work with individual communities, large and small, to determine what they need.

Must have

• Clean and readable. Modern and bold without feeling exclusive. We work on large scale urban redevelopment projects in LA and Detroit, but also on smaller scale housing in rural towns, we need to strike a balance.

Nice to have

• It would be nice to tie in to the other PK Companies logos in a way that says 'related, but independent'
