Logo Design Brief

I take old properties downtown and demolish them and rebuild new craftsman style homes that fit the old architecture but are new beautiful homes. Nice retro windows, stone columns, gas lanterns, big mahagony front doors, concrete lattice driveway. I'd like a logo pulling together the urban/downtown feel but a knowing that its residential and not commercial. I was thinking the skyline and the house together somehow.
