Logo Design Brief

Redesign the current logo I'm sending. This logo has been roughed by me. We are looking for a sports related feel, This is for a stand up paddle, surf ski, rowing, outrigger race. The background is the shade of "Shelter Island" in New York, the 3 people one should be a woman all in active paddle stroke action. Please email me with any questions.
