Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo design for a new brand of natural health products sourced from the Pacific Islands. Our initial products will be Organic Virgin coconut Oil and coconut oil related skin care products however we want the brand to be somewhat neutral from coconuts as we expand our range into other commodity groupings. The brand will be Premium Pacific and needs to reflect what a premium label would eg this product is not cheap, it is consumed by a demographic with a higher than average disposable income or who are very health focused. It is not an essential product, it is a luxury item for most people. The colours used should be representative of the region in which the products are manufactured, being Pacific Islands, as well as key themes being organic, health and nutrition.
