Logo Design Brief

Hello, I would like to start by thanking you for taking your time to help us with our project.
We are looking to have a logo created for our new Dental Office located in Queens, New York.
The name of the office is “Modern Dental Care of Queens.”
We deliver high quality dental care to our patients and want that to be portrayed through the design of the logo. Our goal is to attract new patients for our dental office using our new and attractive logo.
Some ideas, but not required are: The words: “of Queens” can be smaller in font or on a separate line then “Modern Dental Care.”
Another idea that we had was to have the letter “M” for Modern in the shape of a tooth – again just an idea, not required.
We are looking for a contemporary, sophisticated, chic, friendly and attractive logo that we can use for our exterior and interior signs, logo wall behind our reception desk, as well as for business cards, letterheads, stationary, website, etc.
