Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my Independent marketing consulting firm based in NYC -- I am the only consultant.

I help companies that sell to other businesses increase their growth rate through brand building, lead generation, and sales process improvement.

I am branding as "Fertman Marketing Group"(FMG)

We would like to see designs that use any all of the following colors -- Black, Orange and/or Blue

BLACK: Power, Strength, Elegance
ORANGE: Attraction, Standout, wealth
BLUE: Trust, Smart, Calm

The final design should communicate the promise of Growth, driven by Intelligence, Elegance, and standing out above the crowd. The brand archetype should be "magician" or "hero"

I'd like to incorporate an arrow pointing to the top right into it. Ideally in a way they did the arrow in FEDEX between the E and X.

I have uploaded a document for my rudimentary ideas, but would really like you experts to use your own ideas. Mine are probably lousy!
