Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a mobile app. The app is called "PocketBuyer" and is available for download int the appstore and also on the following website: http://simfoni.com/procurement-technology/pocketbuyer/
At present the app uses the same logo as the parent company, Simfoni, but we would like to introduce a new logo that better reflects the nature of the product.
The product is a one stop shop for all corporate spend. The target market is small business, companies with 0-100 employees and obviously the aim is to create a logo associated with managing money from the convenience of your pocket.
