Logo Design Brief

This should be very simple.
I need a logo design with our company name Bayou Vapors and a touch up design on an alligator character as our mascot. We are an electronic cigarette company.
On some products we will just use the Bayou Vapors name design.
On our website we plan to use both.
The Bayou should start from left to right and arc upwards from left to right. We are open to different color combinations.
The Vapors should be below the in a more modern text left to right but level with no arc.
Lettering arrange me should be base on the attached document.
The gator should be based on the art work attached and just revised and reversed to walk from left to right.
