Postcard Design Brief

We need a postcard design for a private lender in the Denver area. We are offering hard money loans and loans for those doing fix-and-flips. We definitely want something that is Colorado-specific, maybe a view of downtown Denver? We are not offering small personal loans, but we are also not lending over 800k. Our audience is not major corporations. all the info in the old postcard is correct EXCEPT:

the new email should be cardinal802@gmail.com

We would like to omit all use of exclamation points.
