Logo Design Brief

I would like a logo designed for my company, Evolve software.

We develop software in an agile way and are increasingly moving to cloud based, interconnected solutions and would ideally like to incorporate that into the design. I had an initial vision of the letters in a ring connecting together, with "O" being a globe something like this (http://thumb1.shutterstock.com/display_pic_with_logo/3338918/321737720/stock-vector-internet-of-things-concept-icon-connect-together-321737720.jpg), but a bit more compact over a horizontal line. However, please don't let that be a constraint to your design.

I'm not too fussed on the colour scheme, as long as there's the ability to change colours on different layers then we can iterate this.

• lower case font
• rectangular rather than text under a symbol

Nice to have

• incorporate themes like
• connectivity,
• internet,
• evolution,
• dna
• cloud
• something iconic that could also be used as a standalone symbol without the wording would be good too so that I can use this as an avatar on social media.
• if any sybolism can be woven into the text I like that too e.g. the O c in evolve connected to the O in software

Should not have

• should not be too busy or cluttered
