I am a real estate agent, wanting to brand my business. I want to incorporate my company colors and logo, yet brand myself with a special area of St. Louis called Kirkwood. Kirkwood has a train station in the downtown area that could be used in the logo design. It can be a line drwing, sketch or watermark.
My company, Red Key uses a swoop at the bottom of the page for most print items. This logo will be used in newspaper print ads, my stationary, listing presentations, stationary, postcards and flyers. Eventually the swoop would be minimized or phased out.
I want my brand to be professional looking, somewhat sophisticated. It is a middle to upper class area, with a "home town feel" . It is a walkable community.shopping, restaurants, out door dining, train station, outdoor concerts,
