Logo Design Brief

Looking for a new logo for a new business that will invest in and develop solutions and technologies for itself and for others (in a consultative capacity) aligned to the residential housing industry covering design, development, construction and investment.

The core theme IDEA-CREATION-REWARD. I saw a circle divided into three equal parts with the three themes entered individually into each third possibly used as a background to the core logo?? The 360 component of the business name encompasses that we go full circle, the full gambit.

The use of the word "foundry" connotes the logo would look better with an industrial look and feel. Simple and sharp that would look good on a website, property site banner as well as a letterhead and business card. The word also connotes to Forge - Create something strong, enduring & successful.

Requirements

Must have

• Modern industrial look with a vintage feel, possibly matt steel look that looks custom handmade. Would look great on a T-shirt.

Nice to have

• Looks like the foundry mould that the molten liquid is poured into
• Rust, steel and/or timber incorporated, even as a background
• Maybe the 360 circle idea as a foundry wheel mould icon together with the letters filling with molten liquid

Should not have

• Not a copycat of all the other logos that show a smelter pot pouring out liquified metal or a cog.
• No tools.
