Logo Design Brief

We need a logo and business cards for an online plush toy company that retails quality plush from manufacturers like Gund, Russ Berrie, Jelly Cat, Melissa and Doug, Mary Meyer, Manhattan Toy, Apple Park, and other quality manufacturers. Our end users are mostly children (toddlers and babies), as well a older girls. Some adults also collect plush toys. Majority of our customers are women (moms and grandmothers). Of course at Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, many men also purchase plush toys as gifts. About half of our merchandise is purchased as gifts. We carry over 1000 SKUs and a few images of they types of plush we carry are attached to this brief.
We are looking for a playful logo but not too busy. Our tag like is "making the world a better place, one smile at a time". That's the feeling we would like to convey because our goal is that every package we send brings a smile to whomever receives it.
Colors can vary but should be limited to colors that are used for young children and also appeal to women. The logo design and colors should also reflect quality products. The age demographic of women is usually in their early 30's and late 50's and up.
Images of plush toy manufacturers we carry is available online so you can get a feel for the types of plush products they make.
We have added some examples of logos that appeal to us. Please use them only as a guide as we do not want our logo to mimic them.
