Budget is ok for static 4-5 pages site with CSS but not worth for all the dynamic functionalities you are demanding using the backend

There is no dynamic functions needed, i only need the html page template for the list of pages.

No it is not www.cityues.org.

It is a different site. Logo is still under production. U can take the logo as a "E" which is blue color.

Try not to be too focused on travel graphics or travel oriented design.
The club is a luxury club, it is more than just travel.
