Mascot Design Brief

We need a mascot illustration for a pub.
We are looking for a seriusly man holding a beer mug (but it has to be firendly too).

As a reference, please take a look at Stone Brewing logo (http://www.stonebrewing.com/).

We would like to see options mono and colourful. The brand will be based in Borussia Dortmund (german soccer team with colors yellow and black). But the man clothes can be tradicional (red/green or black/brown). Please an adult style.

It should have the text "Empório Borussia" writen too.
