Logo Design Brief

We are looking to design a logo for a new company that provides high quality Live Australian Seafood exports into the Asian market. Our products will be marketed to high end restaurants and casinos.
The company is based in australia and will be looking to establish itself as a global exporting of fine produce. The logo needs to be elegant and marketable to the Asian Market in particular the following countries, Singapore Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Korea and Japan.
Further to this we would like a sample of a product catalogue that would be presented with the proposed logo. this is to be included as part of this submission. Details of the product and some of the content has been provided. Please feel free to be creative with the images and source alternative images if you feel it will improve the quality of the submission.
