CD Cover Design Brief

Design an icon for itunes (eventually, we will need to use the same style to design the 4 side CD cover) for a new song to be released. Needs to follow certain specs: I am attaching a design that I created, but looking for the design to be spiced up a bit. I am happy with the design, font, and style.. Just want to see something a bit more creative.
Specs:
1. An Itunes ICON for my latest single that i need to get released. Here are the specs..
• Finalized design for icon for Itunes: (KRM Logo attached and JPEG dimensions below)
o Name of the song is “WHY”
ITunes: Your cover art must be:
o 1400 x 1400 pixels
o JPG file type
o 72 - 300dpi (300dpi is the best)
o Less than 25mb
o RGB color scheme (not CMYK)

I have my music logo and the picture, so I have to have something that fits these dimensions for Itunes.

Please do not change the photo. and please keep the photo in color. The song has an edge to it, but don't want over the top.
