I''m not certain how the contest award is shown to potential entrants.  I assumed you would have knowledge of what the contest award is before you submit a design.  Yes, it would be reasonable to have a winning design at $150, and my intent is not to belabor that issue. However, this website does start the bidding at $30 and up. As a non-profit that has limited funds, we start with that amount and move up until we get designs we need. It has worked marvelously for us. I''m sorry this has disappointed you. Best wishes.
