I simply need clarification about the design. You have the layout as you want and you have the images for the slider, but sending those only to the winner. You want color added to it and the forms. What all do we give you when submitting our work? Do we turn this in with the coding for every page or just a Illustrator or PSD format? Thank you.

I downloaded the pdf. Are there four columns under the fold? One area, the third is blank?
Also, you stated you would supply graphics for the slidlers to the winner. Do we leave the slider
blank? Thank you for takiing time to answer my questions. I have a good start on the design.
