Condo marketing website for Canadians, who are looking for rental, purchase of condo, looking for a realtor and general condo information. Attached is our current design and we need to have a more update style and google new requirements.

I have upload a couple of current designs of a condo page for a post by a realtor and condo developer, please review, before moving forward with a design concept.
