Graphic Design Brief

I need a template to be able to build 30 digital advertising media kits from. The end product will need to be a PSD file that I can build both the site specific media pages under the "properties tab" (http://www.digitalmgmt.com/properties/) from and PDF's to send to potentially advertisers for each site. The logo and colors will need to be based off the company logo on Digitalmgmt.com

I'd prefer clean, modern design that uses typography to create definition between sections. Use of infographics is highly encouraged.
