Are you aware that a new moon (as opposed to a full moon) is when the moon is at its darkest - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_moon ?
This seems a little at odds with the tag line and description of how you describe the logo should be.

Yes I am aware and thanks for asking. The opposite of that is also true?? But I went with it anyway. I like the ying and yang of it. It's really a metaphor for the cycles of ones life and coming into a new phase (paradigm) in life and business. Hope that helps but I think the tag words say a lot about the concept I'm shooting for also.
