The winner will be selected from these and contacted in the next few days. 

If any, only minor tweaks will be request for the design that has been selected.

People at the top get invitations with participation payments attached, even for submitting something that may not really be better than a design by an uninvited designer. In other projects where there are no paid invites, Design crowd uses a system to allocate the participation payments to the best designs after the winner, sort of like a runner up.
