Logo Design Brief

Hi I'm after a fairly specific type of logo for my Electrical Cabling Business. I want to have the letters OKC evenly spaced with a wide font format if possible. I would like the OK to be a light/baby blue colour. The C to be half red and half black from top to bottom. So that the split in colours directly in the middle of the C.
The business name is O'Keefe Cabling. OKC will be the logo. A small yellow lightning style bolt (electricity) will sit both between the OK acting as the apostrophe in my last name and also in the opening of the C. Replicating a load in an electrical circuit if this makes sense. Hence the choice of colours of the C as red and black (positive and neutral)! However i don't want the apostrophe to change the spacing between the OK. Even spacing between all three letters please Sitting in between would be perfect
I am after the logo to be useable just as OKC or another format with O'Keefe Cabling in the same font as the OKC but written underneath with O'Keefe and cabling having their own individual lines. Creating OKC as a kind of longer rectangular logo then the full logo with the business name included as a square type format.
