Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo to brand my real estate business. I have included a copy of my Brokers' logo. I like gray scales and a pop of color. It needs to include phone number 701-226-2374, Heidi@BiancoRealty.com, Bianco Realty, 601 E Bismarck Expressway Bismarck, ND 58504 in any order. logos also need to include the ® symbool, MLS logo and also the Fair Housing logo. I have included a copy of brokers logo which includes those logos. I would also like to see the FB, LinkedIn and Twitter symbols. I currently do not have a tag line.
