Logo Design Brief

Our team name is "Ascent" - we are a BioTechnology sales team that is based in the Rocky Mountains focused on cancer treatment. Our logo should include our team name, mountains, and a DNA double helix that should mimic ski tracks (see attached file.) We prefer more sleek designs that are uncluttered and utilize sans serif font. We would like to incorporate either orange, green or blue (but not necessarily all of those together) Please see the attached logos that we like along with a very basic concept.
