Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our company based in Mexico City called "exprelo" (the x with a line above it). We are an innovative startup that offers creative ways to acquire information from the customers visiting any kind of store in order to learn and create improved customer experience. Our main objective is to collect information from surveys using the latest technology so it could be easy and fast for the customer to give feedback inside a business. (Restaurant, cafeteria, dealerships, events, etc.) We would like a logo that transmits technology but at the same time a sensitive and human approach. A logo that we can adapt for our different products. We are not sure if we will divide it by business division (restaurants, events, dealerships, book stores) or by the features of the product itself. (black for high end, and other colors for different or least expensive or non-so formal markets) This is where we need your help! Please feel free to ask me any question.
