Catalogue Design Brief

we are a catering company but we also do room decor for our events. i am trying to make an easy catalogue of our decor products for clients to select and budget for their theming. We are also considering sub hiring our decor to outside clients and vendors.
I have been putting together a outline on publisher but I am not a designer and it lacks that artistic touch and polish. I would like the finished product in INDD, PDF and if at all possible publisher.

Must have

• the catalog must be at least 30 pages and use as many photos as possible I have provided - I have more photos if required. I have uploaded the publisher file I have created to http://www.sendspace.com/file/02qjg9 as well as a pdf http://www.sendspace.com/file/848v6t
  MUST HAVE the grey banner with the colors.

Nice to have

• Would be nice to have final in publisher as well as INDD and a pfd.

Should not have

• should not look cheap or too difficult to read.
