Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our charity. I own an All-Star Cheerleading business and started the charity to help raise funds for kids that could not afford the program called Heat Athletics All-Star Cheerleading. I have attached the current logo we use for Heat Athletics and was hoping for some cool design that also incorporates the H with the Flames idea, but I am open to anything. Thanks!! I included the Adobe PS files also to make it easier if you needed.

Please note: All-Star Cheerleading does a 2:30 competitive routine of stunting, tumbling, basket tosses and dancing like you see on ESPN. The girls do not have pom-pons. :)
